Photo requirements
Australian passport photo
Australia needs two printed passport photos. IDsize crops your photo to 35×45 mm with the face at 32–36 mm and puts several copies on a 10×15 cm sheet you can print at any photo shop. Edited backgrounds are not accepted, so IDsize does not change the background here.

Tips for an accepted photo
- Take the photo in front of a plain, light wall. You can't fix the background afterwards.
- Use even light so there are no shadows on your face or the wall.
Questions
Why can't IDsize replace the background for Australia?
The Australian Passport Office lists an edited background as unacceptable, so we only crop and size the photo.
